Restoring Otto Plus

Open the Otto Plus offer in the app, pass the parental gate and choose “Restore Purchases”. Use the Apple Account used for the purchase and connect to the internet.

Managing your subscription

Manage your subscription in your Apple Account settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Otto Math. Select the app to review your plan or cancel renewal.

Buying lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. If you switch to lifetime access, check your previous subscription in Apple settings.

Progress and changing devices

Progress is stored locally, separately for each book. There are no accounts or app-managed progress sync between devices. Deleting the app removes local progress. Restoring purchases unlocks paid routes but does not restore completed routes.

When AR does not work

• Check that your device supports ARKit and that camera access is allowed in iOS settings.
• Choose a well-lit area and slowly point the camera at a flat surface.
• If you prefer not to use the camera, return to screen mode — you can play without AR.

Free routes

The first five routes in every book are free and repeatable. Further routes require Otto Plus. Monthly, annual and lifetime access all unlock the same books.
